Parking
We have a secure underground garage. The price for parking spaces is €10.00 per day and can be reserved when booking.
There are parking spaces directly in front of the hotel and to the left of the hotel. These are residential parking spaces, so we cannot reserve parking spaces for you or guarantee that you will find a free parking space. If you have found a parking space, we can issue a parking permit for it.
If no parking space is available in front of our hotel, you can park your car at the public parking lot "Tanzwerder". These parking spaces are free and only a 5-minute walk from our hotel.
Road construction
The city of Hann. Münden is planning extensive renovation work on the street in front of our house, which is expected to start between July and August and will probably last 3-4 months. Unfortunately there is no exact date yet. However, we would still like to inform our guests.
The renovation work will make access to the hotel more difficult, direct access by car will not be possible.
Parking during the construction work is available in the free "Tanzwerder" car park or in the "Blume" car park, which is subject to a fee, opposite the old Werra bridge directly on the B80.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide any information as to whether the city can provide us with other parking options.
Due to the construction work, our outdoor terrace will unfortunately not be available either.
By car
If you are coming from the north on the A7, take exit 75 Hedemünden. Then follow the B 80 to Hann. Münden. From the B80, turn left onto the Neue Werrabrücke, pass the train station, continue along the streets "Am Feuerteich" and Fuldabrückenstr. and turn right into Kasseler Schlagd before the Pionierbrücke, which leads into Bremer Schlagd. The Hotel Alter Packhof is located there. If you are coming from the south on the A7, use exit 76 "Hann. Münden" and follow the B 496 to the city center. You will reach Fuldabrückenstr. via Kasselerstr. If you are coming from the north on the B 3, cross the Weserbrücke towards Kassel and then turn left (towards the city center) onto Pionierbrücke, at the end of which turn left into Kasseler Schlagd/Bremer Schlagd, and you will be right at our doorstep.
If you are coming from the south on the B3, also drive to Pionierbrücke, then turn right onto it. At the end, turn left and follow the above description.
By train
Take the ICE to Göttingen or Kassel, from there you can take a train to Hann. Münden.

Mit dem Fahrrad
We have a secure garage located 150m from the hotel where you can also park your bike free of charge.
You can reach Hann. Münden via the Fulda, Werra and Weser cycle paths. If you are coming from the south and west, please use the Pionierbrücke. If you are coming from the north and east, you can also use the Alte Werrabrücke as a cyclist, then turn right into Wanfrieder Schlagd, left at the end, and we can welcome you.
